CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We do require first-time guests to pay for service(s) booked.
For repeat clients, we are happy to to book your appointment with a credit card on file. Please continue to read for Cancelled, Rescheduled, Late or No Show bookings.
We understand things do come up and are happy to reschedule a previously booked appointment. We
do require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel an appointment with no charge fee.
There will be a 50% charge for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and a 100% charge for no shows.
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved for you and is no longer available to be scheduled for another. If you arrive late for an appointment, we cannot guarantee the full treatment time, but we will be happy to provide the remaining time reserved for you.
