She was very kind and talked me through the whole process. She kept me relaxed and explained everything that was going on! I had a a lot of toxins so it was a bit paintful at times but she always helped remain calm! I had been thinking about getting a colonic for awhile now and was always hesitant because I didn’t know what to expect from it. Well let me just say- I am SO glad I finally did it! The experience from start to finish was relaxing and just what I needed. The office was spotless and extremely clean and I was shocked how private the session was. The therapist does a great job at giving you space and time to relax! She was so helpful too. I will definitely be adding this to my monthly self care routine, I feel less bloated overall and this is a great therapy for overall-wellbeing!
