Colon hydrotherapy is one of the oldest forms of natural healing. It is a safe, gentle, and effective method of cleansing the colon by removing waste from the large intestine, without the use of drugs or irritating laxatives.

By introducing purified and temperature-regulated water into the colon, the waste is softened and loosened, resulting in evacuation through our body's natural peristalsis (muscle contractions). This process may be repeated a few times during a session. Each session takes approximately an hour.

There is no one answer to this question; everyone is different. We strongly suggest always listening to your body is the best way for it to heal naturally. We do suggest to increase your water intake to aid the cleansing process and take a good daily probiotic to help balance the gut.
